I like her, but she feels very limited.
Her range is super short, so don’t expect to be contributing much to the poking game. She’s very ability Reliant. You can only heal by using your 5s cooldown or dealing melee damage. Her damage is very low, and she has little to no mobility. I might play her from time to time, but she’ll never be among my top 5 played heroes.

I love her! I wish her heal cooldown was shorter or nonexistent, but I also understand why there’s a cooldown on it lore wise. Other than that, she’s a ton of fun to play!

Her playstyle doesn’t feel like my cup of tea so far, but i can’t wait to see how the meta shifts with her and the changes to Sombra.
To be fair thats true but her cds are so short and she has the sheild.
What do I think? I can already see myself nut shotting genji’s with her whip launch.

Should be good for scrappy battles e.g. on control maps. Her damage and range isn’t crazy, I feel if anything she’ll be underpowered to begin with.

Very forgiving in aiming.
2 types of CC on a small CD.
Good sustain thanks to the Barrier.
Very good Burst heal.
You can 1v1 a Reinhardt with her.
I’m usually not one for melee heroes so I dunno how much I’ll be playing her myself but despite this, she seems pretty fun.
Mostly though, I’m interested to see how she interacts with other heroes and if Rein becomes meta again. Potentially, I could see her being quite good for Ana as well.

I am a Reinhardt main (sort of), and she feels really amazing to play. Her shieldbash allows her to shut down a lot of ults other heroes would have trouble dealing with, and I used to main Roadhog and her flail shot feels exactly like his hook.
Her shieldbash lets her get close to ulting Reapers, Roadhogs, and the like without being knocked back or killed, and she can also shut down ulting genjis with relative ease. She has a very strong enforcer style of play, and doesn’t really have the HPS to solo heal.
I can see her being used in combination with Lucio, or even running a triple support comp with her being a support/flex tank (I’m thinking Brigette, Lucio, Moira/Ana, Reinhardt, Soldier: 76, and another DPS) since she has the CC to handle flankers as well as an ult that will benefit deathball immensely.
I think that she needs a Lucio to get maximum value out of, since she doesn’t really have a good movement ability but can provide a decent amount of healing in close range engagements.

Makes sense. “Meta changing” as she wrecks flankers and empowers the deathball, especially her ult.

Im having a lot of fun with Brigitte. She is kinda like a support version of a Gladiator hero concept I made for fun a while back. A shield for herself in one hand and a melee weapon in the other is what I wanted so Im very happy.
I have personally been Wanting to play a more “Tank-y” Character, Hopefully Playing Brigitte Will help me play the role better?
I do love her playstyle tho, As it Closely Mirrors a Character concept i came up with a while back… X3
Long story short, Brigitte is basically everything the devs said she would be. I like it.
