For me it has to be death blossem. Even as a gold player it is pretty easy to avoid and stop. It can be shielded, booped, stunned, shot at, and charged.

pulse bomb is basically a guaranteed kill on a squishy, so no its not bad. Mine field is a give or take, either way area denial for 5s at least.

Whole hog does nothing because you need to be close, and of course it knocks people out, so the only way to do damage with it is to get people in a corner, which is hard to do.

Barrage. Its like death blossom but not consistent, it makes you a guaranteed kill, it doesn’t heal you, you can’t move while using it, it actively hurts you in some cases, and you don’t have an ability to make you invulnerable after you cast it

Gonna have to go with Orisa’s Ultimate. While it’s kinda OK, it just makes 0 sense for her to have and it’s basically as viable as Symmetra’s old 1.0 Teleporter (it’s a win more button).
imo it’d be so much better if it was a defense or medium dmg+def boost.

Valkyrie. I also considered Infrasight.
Most of the channelled ults as well (Deadeye, Whole Hog, Barrage, Death Blossom) As the game moves too fast for you to be stuck casting. But for at least Barrage, you’re likely to get at least a single kill given the pure explosive power of it.

Always felt that it was not only underwhelming but does not match the rest of her kit.
Really wish it was an Anti-cc ultimate where all allies would be immune to stuns and other cc’s for the duration.

Funny.
I’d say pulse bomb. Sure it can one shot squishies if you can get it on them, but squishies are usually easy to kill anyway. It can’t one shot a bastion, and that’s sad.
Blizzard. Everyone but like Ana and Zen can get out of it unless they are walled off or they are in grav.
Deadeye… Death Blossom and Barrage are on the list though as close runner ups.
Yeah it’s kind of sad that the slow effect takes so long to go off many hero’s can simply walk out of the blizzard if they are not in the center never mind the ones with actual escape moves.
The only saving grace is it does deny a pretty large area and charges up fast. As for the worst Ult Imo while all those listed are pretty bad I’m a bit against Soldier’s Tac Visor. I mean auto aim with no head shots isn’t much of an Ult. If anything at higher ranks where your good at aiming your probably doing less dmg than you could with critical. So all you really get out of the move is a faster reload.

Deadeye for damage valk for supports and if I really had to choose for tanks… hmm probably primal rage if anything all the tank ults are great imo but primal range is the weakest imo

While there’s a lot of there’s a lot of vulnerable channeled ults, most you can at least find a sneaky opening and guarantee at least a Support kill, whereas Deadeye there just never seems to be an opening for.
