Your queue time is extended if Blizz knows your alt-tabbed as they suspect you’re happy to wait a little longer…

Forums usually, though I’ve been flex queuing mostly atm so I don’t really get much time to do anything
When I was DPS queuing though, could browse the forums, go to work, come home and be set for a game

Read the forums, play deathmatch to warm up, read discord, watch videos or make a coffee.
Often a combination.

Watch something on my second monitor, maybe talk in discord over my 3rd monitor. I never use the forums from my place though, ain’t nobody got time for that when you have everything else available to you there

I usually play some Workshop modes or sometimes (only for long queues) Games like Minecraft that you can quit any time.
Skirmish or some workshop mode
Check my phone or use the bathroom if the opportunity arises.
DPS queue though? Probably make a sandwich or refill my water bottle, take a stretch, etc lol
queue in deathmatch or start going off on the bots in training
