Once Baugette is nerfed to a point where she’s tolerable to fight against, I think this meta will be a lot of fun.

As a DPS main, I think imo Brigette is a tad bit too strong, don’t get me wrong, I like having supports around that can defend themselves so that the team can focus on other things.
The problem is, a Brigette can change and alter team fights way to decisively. Her shield bash can open up very easy opportunity for her teammates while the other team have little to no chance to make a counter play with their tank down.
Brigette is also capable of 1v1ing many heroes (that doesn’t make sense). She’s a support, and supports generally don’t take 1v1 fights, for example; you don’t see an Ana try to fight 1 on 1 with a hog (although it’s possible, I don’t think any Ana mains would recommend that), nor do you see a Mercy 1v1 fighting a DPS or tank (dear God, pls don’t do that). I see Brigette as a hero that provides support for team by participating in team fights, but her kit is just hilariously strong to the point that team fights would be judged by her plays.
Now, I hear a lot of people saying to go doomfist or junkrat or whatever heroes that counters her. However, they forgot that overwatch is a team based game, you can’t always pick a hero that counters Brigette and say ggez because the other team may run a hero that counters the hero that counter Brigette. I also hear alot of people saying to stay away of her from 5 meters or so, these people just don’t think broader or ahead of the game; if everyone stays 5m away from her, the team isn’t going to push, I’ve had this problem when playing Reinhardt. If the team doesn’t push, you can’t get the point or move the payload or get past the choke, meaning no win.
That’s my thoughts on Brigette, thanks for bringing this topic up OP, and I hope you have a great season 10!
She is really good, i like her because she is also a dps, one of the best dualist in the game, her shield bash is the best stun in the game with 5 seconds of cooldown. After the shield bash cooldown nerf and the other nerf to his ultimate we will see, right now she is really fun to play, but too powerfull against some heroes, and her ultimate is what makes her a must pick in every game in my opinion.

annoying and her purpose could have been served without needing all of that or even using a different hero i dont really go near her but its annoying have to avoid one hero like you used to do like moira and sym and now that they are in every game it sucks
Shes annoying as hell but not impossibly broken (just sort of broken)
I only like her when she’s on my team. She makes Doomfist feel like a tank when he gets 550hp

That’s the prophecy. It’s only matter of time to see who will be nerfed first: Brigitte or Moira. But I swear, if Jeff nerfed to my girls, I’ll be done with the game.
Moiras getting a nerf so she cant heal through barriers and brig is definitely getting nerfed cause top 500 tracer mains are crying
With Baguette you can’t dive anyone just because A) Stunned immediately, B) the amount of healing Baguette does. Even when she’s nerfed, I think dive is done.

No. Anything but fortnite. Even Paladins is better!
I flex in comp but basically one trick tracer everywhere else. I don’t mind her against tracer she has to catch me to get me. But that’s the whole problem there’s a LOT of slower victims for her to use bash on namely tanks. She’s gonna need to be toned down even if it’s just a small tank only adjustment.
Except she won’t be able to stop a dive nearly as effectively. It would just be better to play dive.
No top 500 tracer main cried because of the combo tho…
Which is the only thing she is affected by directly.
Everybody complains about her kit as a whole. How armor is too powerful with Brigitte, how her ult is beyond broken and how low her abilities cooldown are. You can’t outplay Brigitte because she gets abilities too fast. And if they are on cooldown, she can just hide behind her own shield.
No matter what dps you play. But ill leave it at that. its not like people below me are not going to start trashtalking dps players just because you posted that.

I think the biggest problem with her is the short cooldown on her stun compared others with similar abilities it should be 8 to 10 seconds not 5. That’s my only real problem with her. I’ll quote something I said before
