What did you expect? O.o

Worried about the “ease of use and the healing output of Mercy versus the others?”

It’s just super confusing why you would think that?

  • Maybe it’s because reworking a hero and giving her the ability to pocket 5 people simultaneously for a period of 15 seconds giving her a huge survivability tool and a powerful E ability that’s up every 30 seconds which can provide up to 600 Burst Healing not getting punished in any way, shape or form because she will have another Resurrect in 30 seconds if she fails to activate it.

YOU created this.

WE have been trying to tell you Mercy is STILL too strong as a hero.

Do you want to know the reason?

VALKYRIE NEEDS TO BE STRONG TO BE AN ULTIMATE AND RESURRECT WILL NEVER BE BALANCED AS A NORMAL ABILITY.

Valkyrie is making Lucio a niche pick because of the AOE healing Mercy provides. Valkyrie is making Ana a niche pick because of how fast Mercy can get into sightlines and heal her allies. Giving her height, a great amount of sustain and mobility. Something that Ana lacks.

I think it’s high time that you switch the two. We have waited FAR too long for you to look at Mercy and it wasn’t nice to throw EVERY single opinion a Mercy player had on YOUR rework away.

I really think Resurrect can work as an ultimate and Valkyrie as a nifty E ability. Something Mercy players wanted instead of invulnerability. People wanted a counterable Resurrect so I gave you an idea on how to achieve that. Players wanted the ultimate to affect living allies I gave you that idea as well. Players still want to keep Valkyrie I gave you 2 ways to implement Valkyrie as an E ability.

More options. Fun and engaging playstyle. That’s what we were promised. I just hope you can deliver without removing any more fun from Mercy.
