Would you want a villian or a hero next?
Personally I think we need more villians since the hero side is sort of bloated. Maybe a side faction type like the Junkers?
I kinda want to see an Inuit hero, but instead of leaning towards the Ice side of cool here let em be a living burning furnace that is destroying the environment ya know?
Maybe a proper poison hero? Just not sure which country they would be in though.

May seem a little out of place, but something very tropical. While we have been to many tropical locations, I mean a map like IN a jungle. Dirt paths, tons of trees (high ground consists of larger branches maybe?), maybe a few rivers/waterfall in the map (maybe a choke to pass through or spawn room behind it?)

If I had to choose a real place, then either Scotland or Ireland so the devs have an excuse to put a zweihander or bastard sword (aka hand and a half sword) into the game.

I dont know if this is still true, but growing up I was told the term Eskimo is derogatory to those in that area.

One of the Balkan countries would be nice. An AI God program named Chernobog (from slavic mythology, known as the god of misfortune) that has it’s own omnic body to walk around in. Would make a cool villain, I think.
That or hunter, since the Balkans fit that role pretty well too.
I doubt they would do it though, seeing as the Balkans aren’t really PR friendly. I don’t know of any games that have Balkan characters in them.
Don’t we have at least three Italian maps and still no Italian hero? I’m partial to a Celtic or South Slavic/Romanian hero as well, but Italian seems overdue.
It’d also be nice to flesh out SEA a bit more, because Echo mostly speaks English and Lifeweaver is just kinda… there.

Pretty much everywhere that’s a well known region of the world is already well represented, as are the places I have connections to.
So I think Central Asia is an interesting area that doesn’t get represented much in media, which is a shame. There’s so much potential there, especially for Overwatch. It’d be cool to see someone from the area with a mix of Central Asian/Ancient Silk Road origins, mixed with post-Soviet aesthetics, mixed with Overwatch-futurism. The Kazakhstan region is already important for space travel so there’s lots to work with. I don’t really care about the hero beyond that in terms of hero/villain etc. I just think we have enough of the usual suspects and central Asia is practically untouched.
