I’m conflicted, I don’t know who to pick and I haven’t played in years

Retribution Paladin and Elemental Shaman. I know I know, people are saying Elemental is garbage, but class fantasy matters more to me which is also why I’ll be playing Retribution.
Retribution is going to look a lot like its MoP counterpart, which was a very mixed bag for a lot of people, myself included.
Elemental shaman and Shadow priest has been said to be outright “Not finished” and are expected to receive final touches in the first major patch at latest.
Warlock is the dominating champion of BfA right now with all three specs being viable and going strong. If you want to be safe, play a rogue if you fancy DPS, priest for heals and tank I don’t know tbh.

WoW forums are locked for non-subscribers. I’d say wrong section maybe, but nothing wrong with talking blizz related products imo.

I reccomend a Elemental Ana or Shadow D’VA Heard they’ll be top kek in pvp come launch.

I’d suggest what you always love. Not sure how nice it is to level now, since they redid the leveling system

considering my friends are terrible as tanks, I think I might play one. But would like a class that is good in pvp too
If you want some easy to get back into specs, I’d recommend Beast Mastery Hunter, Retribution Paladin, or Fury Warrior. All have relatively simple to learn, but still engaging rotations, and all got some good spell effects with the xpac.

My boyfriend loves DK, but he says that the DKs are great off tanks. I’ve mostly ever dpsed on my DK, but the few times I had to tank I found it fun. More fun than warrior at least.
Buut, I’m an altaholic and jump from class to class depending on which I feel like. So I’m probably not the best to take advice from.

Death Knight Blood Spec is always a good choice. Very easy to play, very good surviability and you can kill every enemy except Raid bosses. However, I dont think the Overwatch Forums are the right place for WoW questions ^^
