What are the most broken echo ults?

so what are the most broken ults you can do as echo?
ulting on mercy or moira to get res and heals?

Any Tank ult. Also double EMP or D.Va bomb has pretty much 0 counterplay in most situations.

Tanks, which is supported by Jeff saying internal testing ended up with Echoes copying tanks most of the time. So Rein/Zarya/Orisa/Dva

Duping Mercy for a Rez sounds like it would be more situational. Rein is probably top contender because itā€™s relatively easy to get multiple Earthshatters in one Duplicate. My personal second would be Tracer, a good one can get a Pulse Bomb per magazine.

Guys Echoā€™s ult in her current state just cannot go to competitiveā€¦

At the very least it should cost the most out of the ultimates in the game but even if it would, simply the fact that she can get 31 types of ults and multiple ults using only one ultimate is braindead. OHH AND LETā€™S GIVE HER AN EXTRALIFE CUZ WHY NOT.

Dragonstrikes. Earthshatters. Lot to pick from.

Thereā€™s only only a couple Iā€™d consider meager but that depends more on the user and situation.

Ignoring tanks, because those are obvious, you want to go for flankers, typically. Blade is the best damage ult, emp is the best ult in the game, well, I guess second best now that Echo exists. Tracer can get like 3 of them. Doomfist can chain abilities into ult to such an extent that he might actually be the most optimal.

McCree might not be bad for the infinite ammo. Not ideal, but hey, if they are not running a flanker and their tank line up happens to be Orisa/Hog, you have to improvise.

Speaking of which, Ana is the only support ult I would use, and typically only if you have blade.

Having such a strong ultimate seems off when she has such a strong base kit too. Normally you get 1 or the other.

No Rein is almost in every game, and shatter is very good even if you solo ulti.

It not even going to take an hour to see someone complain about her using Rein ult.

Well, yeah, that is what I meant though. That is the most obvious use of her ultimate. I think OP is looking for more niche strategies like kamikaze Pharah. Getting a quick shatter/grav is usually going to be better than any dps strategy. Especially because you get to play as a tank instead.

It can help when your tanks donā€™t wanā€™t to push or be more aggressive, it happened a lot in low ranks sometimes a dps players show to not have fears for tanks.

Rez hasnt been broken since the last change to it. If anything using it with Echo is a sure-fire way to end your ult quickly.

i guess that relys on the situation.

for example enemies pick 1 of your heals and rush. copy their heal.

you want to break thru but tanks are playin to shy? copy the tank.

ur zarya is about to get grav? copy hanzo/reaper/tracerā€¦

etc.

Even weirder when Blizzard has been toning down ultimates to be not as impactful. Then they release a character that can fire off multiple dragonstrikes, shatters, nano boost and can survive a barrage risk free :exploding_head:
