Are they still up there? What could they do with all the lab equipment? Are they all as smart as Winston? Can they primal rage?
I don’t read the comics, but I wish some of these interesting stories could be shown in-game.
I imagine all of them are doing Winston’s dance emote, all at once, 24 hours per day.

Winston was singled out because he was much smarter than the others. They might be average-human-level intelligence, but I don’t think they have the aptitude (nor the desire) to build a new spacecraft like Winston did.
Almost certainly. From what I hear the ones who reacted the most poorly to the intelligence-boosting process are basically Primal Raged 24/7
