Probably some sort of trophy that connects to your account. People can click on your name and see a display area with the stuff you collected.

They’re those emotes where a character holds something over their head like a trophy, salt shaker, etc.

apexu gun charms, basically bobby kotick barged into team4 unit and bawled his eyes out when apex was raking it.
He wanted to even rename overwatch as apexwatch and team 4 as respawn4.
But jeff somehow negotiated it down to guncharms, hero paywalls, battlepass and his own resignation after realizing the levels he has to stoop to.
Maybe the witch girl in the junkenstein section of the trailer holding a broom over her head is Kiriko with a super special souvenir that has the spinning animation
