i recall seeing a blog/post or something where OW1 owners were going to get kiriko unlocked at start, some coins, and premium BP for 1st season.
did that happen?

You were supposed to, but some people (myself included) have not had anything transfer over. My game (and many other peoples’ as far as I can tell) is treating me like a completely new player.

hmm i have my skins and stuff but no foudners pack stuff.
must be typical blizzard launch issues.
I had all my Skins, gold weapons, etc… but still don’t have Kiriko, been playing since Beta.

I bought the game physically AND digitally after the physical one was lost and can’t even play the freaking game because I don’t own a phone.

I’ve heard several people are suddenly logging in to find themselves with about 10 thousand competitive points. I dunno if that’s the surprise gift or just a random bug >.>
I think you might be mistaken. People who owned OW1 were granted immediate access to Kiriko, epic skins for Doomfist and Sombra, and an icon, but that’s it.
Premium battlepass and coins (and skins for Soldier/Cassidy) were part of the Watchpoint Pack which you had to pay for.
If you did pay for it and don’t have it you’re not alone, it’s being reported by a lot of people the perks aren’t loading correctly.
Some people have heroes and other stuff still locked for them, but this is a bug. I had to log out and in yesterday like 4 times before it unlocked all the heroes for me.
Before that, I had many of the heroes locked, but all my skins were unlocked (including skins I had on console like Pink Mercy, which I never had on PC before, but now I have it).
So don’t fret. It’s a bug. I’m sure it will get fixed soon. You might have to log out and in again a bunch of times. Or just wait.
If you have your old icon your skins are there.
I wouldn’t be shocked if they just silently pretended that they never said that about Kiriko just like they are about the Co-op Fiasco and how it was supposed to be the “Focus”
lol, yeah, I have read about that.
I would say bug, as the amount always changes, and some people got 40k+.
In my case, I have my old 1.5k.
