Listen, I like Athena’s voice and her colourful accent, it really sounds pleasent to my ears, but–
“Welcome to IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIISSSSSSSSSSSSSHHHHHHHHHHH-parança.”

I… I don’t think it’s supposed to be pronounced like that. I don’t think the E is pronounced at all. It’s as existent as pronounced letters in French. They don’t exist. There is no E in Ba Sing Se. No, wait…
