I get a weird visual bug on my emote and voiceline wheels when I open them, image below:

The white boxes with the numbers “1” and “2” are what I am referring to. While the image shows Mercy, I had it pop up across multiple heroes and game modes.
I have regularly been seeing the exact same thing since the Halloween update.
I’d like to post another screenshot, but evidently it’s not allowed on comments.
The up and down labels are always stretched vertically, and sometimes the left and/or right labels are missing entirely.
