I was intrigued by an EU forum user claiming that a Nano applied to Ashe also applies to Bob. While I didn’t believe this is true (and still don’t believe that), I found out there’s some erroneous interactions between Nano Bob/Ashe.
If Ashe gets Nano’d, Bob’s fire rate seems heavily increased as indicated by his fire rate sound. His actual damage or fire rate is NOT increased.
If Bob gets Nano’d he has an incorrect normal fire rate sound but his damage does get increased.
If Ashe gets Nano’d, I think it’s fair to say that the Nano shouldn’t apply to Bob but…Ashe technically throws out a projectile so Bob’s first contact/knock damage should get an increase in damage from the Nano (this might be more of a personal point of view and not necessarily a bug).
Huh, I’ve heard of a similar bug with Mercy where boosting B.O.B directly doesn’t increase his damage, but boosting Ashe does. Maybe the two are related?
If BOB is a projectile, that would mean defense matrix could eat it. Do you think he’s actually a buildable, or have been fleeing from the juiciest eat in the game this whole time?
That’s because, for whatever reason, it’s considered a buildable. Genji can’t deflect it, but I’ve heard it is possible (on paper) to destroy the rock by shooting it out of the sky, I’ve just never seen this actually happen. So I guess BOB must be a buildable because he can’t be eaten or deflected, and he has a health pool.
this was the case for a short while but was patched out. Amping or nanoing ashe no longer boosts bob and amping or nanoing torb no longer boosts turret. For a short while, is secretly did. Only lasted like a week tho
