Sombra – support (mirror watch, it was pretty good idea)

Orisa except she eternally uses javelin spin to be a helicopter. Her only attack will be charging into enemies and shredding them. Will explode if charging straight onto the crowd, enabling a kamikaze hail mary attack.

The amount of overhealth applied by Lucio’s ultimate now scales with how long it takes him to reach the ground when casting it.
When charging, Reinhardt can press Space or whatever his Jump input is to launch himself into the air, like Sojourn.
Reaper’s alt fire is now a smoke grenade.
D.Va’s pilot form now has a new passive ability, “Get it Off Me!” which allows her to climb enemy heroes the way Hanzo climbs walls.
Kiriko can Double Jump and, if using Swiftstep while taking damage, leaves behind a cloud of smoke and a log.
Zenyatta, Sigma, Echo, and Juno are all incapable of dying to enviro kills, since levitation is already their main method of locomotion.
Everyone’s butts are now 1.5x bigger. Yes, even Cassidy’s.

D.Va - Her Ult is still Self-Destruct but you can remote control it like Junkrat’s Rip-Tire.
Juno - Martian aliens beam down with the Orbital Ray and start attacking like crazy Gremlins.
Junkrat - His Ult is he turns into a giant rat and lauches self-denonating mines in every direction.
Wrecking Ball - His Ult is Hammod jumps out of his mech and goes full Combat Hampter mode.
Widowmaker - Her Ult is turns into a Spider-Human hybrid and can climb up walls and snipe from the sides of buildings.
Kiriko - Her Ult she turns into the Fox and can attack without being hurt.
Junker Queen - Her Ult pulls in any hero wearing a lot of metal (Reinhardt, Brigitte, etc) as her arm becomes a super electromagnet.
Winston - His Ult he turns into a giant Human and starts chucking massive jars of exploding peanut butter.
Roadhog - His Ult he turns into a huge Chopper Motorcycle and can run enemies over with his fat tires.
Venture - Venture’s Ult pulls locked-on enemies underground then evil Moles attack the enemies like some kind of Tremor worm situation.
Lúcio - His Ult he starts DJing music and it forces all enemies around him to do a dance emote.
Illari - Her Ult she turns into a Flamming Phoenix and rains fire from the sky like a dragon.
Reinhardt - His Ult is he launches his Hammer like Thor and whips around, smacking the enemies in the face then returns to his hand, throwing him back 20 meters.
Ashe - Her Ult, she enters into B.O.B. and can control him completely. Oh and he can launch TNT too.
Mei - Her Ult she becomes a giant rolling Snowball and rolls around, picking up enemies and trapping them inside the giant snowball and freezing them in the process.
Zarya - Her Ult, she goes quantum small and can fight an enemy at the quantum level.
Mauga - His Ult he calls out for huge Samoan Gods who come in and smack enemies around with open hand slaps.
Doomfist - His Ult, he launches his fist like a rocket and you control remotely like Junkrat’s Ult. Then when you hit an enemy, a hundred mini-fists come out and attack nearby enemies with punches to the face!
Hanzo - His Ult, he gets to ride on top of the Wolf Spirit and fly around like Goku on Nimbus, shooting powerful homing arrows.
Symmetra - Her Ult, she builds herself a Mech made of Hardlight and can block enemy attacks with her hardlight body. She can also throw hardlight orbs that shatter and injury enemies.
Sigma - His Ult is totally random in how it picks up enemies and flings them across the map at incredible speeds.
Sombra - Her Ult, she hacks herself into an enemy and controls them temporarily and can cause friendly fire damage.

I really hope theres wiggle special effects. 
Got another one for D.Va: during her Ult, a secret hatch on top of TOKI opens up and a bunch of robotic rabbits hop out and start hopping around and attacking enemies like that one scene in The Holy Grail. And they each self-destruct too!

If Mercy is wearing either Sigrun or Valkyrie as her skin, everyone who is currently dead on the map resurrects whether they’re allies or enemies.
I feel like its just the right amount of weird.
