Got into a 6v6 match, Was able to select perks from the hero select screen. But they would not keep! After the first team fight, we or I crashed! Here is the code from the crash log

Those codes are part of Blizzard’s internal system and cannot be used on the forum. You may be able to get some info if you open a ticket, but I’m not sure if their tool to read it is still operational.
I’m not sure what you mean here. You crashed? Your friends crashed?
Since this is a P2P troubleshooting forum, all we can do is review diagnostic files you provide from your computer, like a DxDiag.
I’m not sure if everyone crashed, I can only say I did. And the pop up box it let me fillout a report, Then gave me a code (posted in op) that said “give to support when making ticket”
I understand now. This is the forum, not the ticket system. Since the forum is supported by players, no one here can read those codes; only Blizzard staff can.
Apologies! I think it automatically got sent into you guys when I clicked enter?? hopefully… It was first time I ever encountered this issue and I haven’t seen it since! Sorry for the confusion.
The error code was sent in with information about the crash, but you would still need to open a ticket to have the staff decipher the code.
