Anyone else have this problem where it’s so easy for them to scope no scope heal their teammates at any given moment? (With the exception of genji and tracer) but when it comes to the enemy team its like all my aim just disappeared

Ana is designed like that so she can heal her teammates more easily.

Ana’s darts do have a bigger hitbox for the purposes of healing than they do for the purposes of damage IIRC.
I’ve had times where my scope has nobody in it and then I fire and heal an ally standing next to me.
