Weekly event progress stuck

I played a mixture of quickplay and junkenstein to grind out games. I’m currently almost done with the skin but the progress is now stuck at 7 out of 9. It’s been stuck for a couple games which both were wins so both should have given me the 2 games to finish the progress.

Update: It seems logging out and back in again fixed it. I still had 7/9 when I logged back on but winning another game progressed like it should have.

I had the same problem as well. Played a few rounds of Junkenstein’s revenge and didn’t get credit for the weekly event progress.

Logging back out an in, did not update my progress.

Yeah unfortunately it seems when it gets stuck the progress you should have made is lost to the void. At least now I know to log out and in again for week 2 so I don’t waste time on multiple games while it’s stuck.
