Weekly challenges bug

I encountered a bug with progression of dealing and mitigating damage and healing. It doesnt’t indicate any progression of those despite playing.

ich kann aktuell mehrere wöchentliche herausforderungen nicht abschließen da dort in keinen der Modi punkte angerechnet werden.
es handelt sich bei den herausforderungen um die verhindere schaden, erziele schaden, heile schaden und erziele eliminierungen mit der ultimative fähigkeiten.

2 weekly challenges are bugged

  • hold the line
  • the best defense
    I’m not progressing there. I’m not doing anything while waiting for a match (practice range etc. known bug that resets progress in such challenges)
    So I can’t finish the weekly challenges to get 60 overwatch 2 coins, will I get reimbursed?

Translation:
“I am currently unable to complete several weekly challenges as none of the modes count for points.
the challenges are prevent damage, deal damage, heal damage and get kills with the ultimate ability.”

Bump because the problems still exists.

I have the same issue. Hold The Line sometimes progresses and the resets back to 0. The other 2 don’t indicate any progress.

Someone has sort of solved this issue i think? Basically if you go to deathmatch (that is while you’re waiting in lobby) for some reason it resets. I can’t guarantee it works but that’s what worked for them.

I am also having this issue. I completed the challenges, did not receive the Overwatch coins, battlepass exp, and it went back down to 0. I cannot progress the weekly challenge anymore either.

Im having the same problem. I completed the daily Heal 10k but the weekly healing is 0. mitigation and damage are also bugged

Although i do get dmg it gets reset randomly i have done was at 50k dmg and one match later I was 15k

bump I have this as well and so does a few of my friends I hope blizzard compensates the loss of currency as this is the second week that we are unable to complete the weekly

Same 4 me, the quest are constantly reseting and its impossible complete them.
IDK how Blizzard gonna solve this, because if its not solved soon, the rewards of this week will be lost…

“The best defense” was fixed on tuesday for me, allowing me to complete the 1st week (got lucky bc several of my friends couldn’t) and after the reset, this same challenge broke, only showing: 0/125 000

Bumping because this issues seems to be widespread. Me and a couple of friends all have the bug, where the weekly challenge “Best Defense” doesn’t record your progress.
