Same thing here, I can’t install anything on the blizzard download page on the site. I got a new PC and today I had this problem with the site

I’m also not able to send a web ticket or reach live chat. Thank you for the download link to Battlenet, that was the reason I was going to contact you guys!

This should now be fixed! If the problem persists, please clear browser cache.

For other browsers, please check with the developer of the product for how to clear cache files.
