I have an account that ends with a dot before the “@” sign.
Previously I was able to log into that account (last login around May) but recently I cannot login and I can also not reset the password because as soon as type the dot character the website doesn’t let me reset my password or create a support ticket.
For example, example@gmail.com works but an account with the email example.@gmail.com can’t create support tickets or reset passwords.
I can’t access my 2nd account now due to this problem.
Is there anything that can be done about this?
