Probs be like this: “29dmg shurikens? alright then, lets nerf dash to 25, blade to 60, cooldowns doubled, and melee to 15. oh, and lets remove double jump along with wall climb being on a 5s cooldown. BALANCED”

I am honestly losing hope for any meaningful projectile dps buffs…
blizz is fine with not touching mcree, and is ok with giving bap of all people a compensation buff. they even nerfed echo despite her bad performance in ranked.
idk what the balance team is doing at this point
