they will start caring, once we all start spelling correctly
Because this guy would spend less time getting to where he should if he falls there than if he climbed. And either way other players will be miserable while the system adjusts him to the correct spot.

I don’t think… I mean I already know some really skilled people wich is stuck on Platinum/High Gold just because bad luck.
And I know some people which is in Diamond without deserve it (and yes, they never lost their rank, maybe because luck or some carry).
A SSR reset 1 time every year sounds good and will help some people wich is tired to try (AAAND not everyone have the social skills to play with friends/premade)

Right? I remember they did a reset for the MMR on one of the competitive ffa modes or something like that a while back. You had GM streamers in plat. And my plat self in Bronze. I roflstomped my way back to plat in like 2 hours.
It wasn’t fun for me. It got dull after a while. And I know it must have been disheartening and annoying for all the people that genuinely belonged there. People I matched up with clearly weren’t having a good time during that either.
I literally didn’t lose a single game that time period either.
Is that what people really want comp to be like?

Someone here can tell me the last time, ow devs made any changes on the MM system o.O? (Im not talking about nerfs/buffs)
I remember getting in a game with Boombox and Wanted in that mode. It was just those two way ahead of everybody, my pleb master self like 8 kills behind in 3rd, and then a bunch of bronze-golds getting farmed at 1-2 kills each… I really don’t see how anyone wants that in the main competitive game.

Me either. Doesn’t seem worth it to subject everyone to that constantly just to eliminate much smaller scale scenarios like this one. Cut off your nose to spite your face.
