I like playing Brig into a doom you can lock away his escaping/engaging punch fairly easily making a giant feeder out of him.
He actually doesn’t have as many counters as people would like to claim.
Tank - Hog, Orisa, Mauga
DPS - Cassidy, Sombra, Echo, Pharah (these two counter every tank)
Supports - Ana, Zen, Brig*
^Brig is situational
But Doom isn’t LGBT. Not that I want him removed, but he’s cis gender and straight as far as I know.

You are right with the Tanks and DPS but other than Brig I wouldn’t say that the dive susceptible Zen and Ana are counters to Doom. Lucio Kiri and Moira all would do better into Doom.
He has… way more counters than what you listed lmfao.
And even if you believe he doesn’t (which would be wrong), he’s not a hero who you HAVE to go counters or he’s just unbeatable like certain heroes cough roadhog cough

Those three don’t really interact with him I guess. They’re just good at surviving against him. Not “counters” in the traditional way but I see what you mean. On the other hand, Ana and Zen if paired with one of the more bodyguard type supports or DPS are very good into him because sleep, nade and discord are so valuable if timed right
Ya for support countering a doom is more about not interacting with him. Countering tanks some times isn’t about killing them but making them useless. If countering was just being able to kill then Zen and Ana would counter mostly every tank.

Yeah I guess so, Doom doesn’t always need to be countered because he’s hard to play and a lot of people don’t actually play him effectively enough to warrant a counterpick.
Roadhog is just such a brainless tank that at his baseline, he generates so much value by just being able to stay alive if he’s not being counterpicked. Like Hog with 50% damage reduction resource meter Breather and any competent support is not going to die without picking an Ana
