…How is Blizzard Support so… unsupportive?!
“Have a problem on Android? Here are solutions for Windows.”
“Have a problem on Windows? Well **** you, here are some tips on how to address android issues.”
“Have you paid for something that you never received? **** you. You’re not getting it.”
“You want a refund for the thing you didn’t get, but still paid for? Best I can do is banning you for a month.”
I have yet to find any single reasonable request that they will actually help with. Even something as simple as saying “the Android app is acting weird” is too much for them. When the topic is unambiguously an Android platform issue they’ll give you tips for the windows platform.
I speak no hyperbole when I say that, to this day I still have never had an interaction with blizzard support that was actually helpful.
If blizzard isn’t actually going to fix things then we’re going to eventually need to get a support department for the support department.
