I thInk in order to combat mobile heroes we need a hero with a ranged no skill auto lock stun to pin down heroes like tracer for easy sniping. The solution to making cc better vs mobile heroes is to make it a long range no skill ability so that it’s more powerful vs mobile heroes. All the great moba games have many stuns OW needs some range stun heroes blizz.

Perhaps this stun lasts longer the faster the target was moving. So slow characters that do not move around as much are only momentarily stunned, while that dashing Genji or Blinking Tracer gets a nice long stun for trying to dive your healer.
Its sorta like Taric in League of Legends where his stun lasted longer but did lower damage the farther you were from him, but was inverted the closer you were to him shorter stun with higher damage (it was a microstun at melee range).
And a 2d mode. Who needs first person view when you can aimlock =)
Try playing McCree or Ana in a no cooldown a custom game

it’s a not really fun the more stuns we have the more dangerous the game in general is gonna be and stuns hurt non mobile heroes more than it hurts the mobile ones
I disagree I think it’s more fun. Mobility is unfun ever try and kill a tracer genji just to have them dash away and get healed up to full that’s not fun. We need more reliable ccs that work on mobile heroes.
The more stun we add the worse this game gets for heros without mobility…

What if we got an ability which returned you back to where you were 3 seconds ago (like an inverse Recall). I remember in Paragon (may you live on) they had a character calle Wraith with something like that, and it was really helpful against mobile heroes. (Although it would be a complete death sentence for my girl Sombrero)
Yea that’s a good idea I think the solution to the highly mobile heroes is a skill that in someway is very easy to land making thier advantage of speed irellivant. Imagine something like an insta sombra hack but with a much shorter duration something that allows your dps to quickly kill the mobile hero when you disable them. Honestly wow Dota etc all have lots of stuns and they are he most fun games I have played I think we need more heroes with cc. One of the reason I love Ana is sleep dart imagine something like that hat but no skill and much shorter duration.
considering that 80% at least for I flashbang a tracer or genji the latency happens the stun still stuns them but they move and then get stunned .
If the stuns took priority over the movement ability as in if genji dashes and roadhog hooks him he gets hooked instead of him in using dash took break LOS

No, we need a charm skill where the player that is charmed automatically starts shooting at the nearest teammate for 2-3 seconds! Would make for an awesome counter to Soldiers ult
I could totally see them making a mage type wow based charter with like a short polymorph that targets similar to nano. Some more intresting ideas like your charm idea imagine a hero with a longer ranged stun but it makes you imboile and is channeling so you could like freeze a tracer at the cost of your own movement so a ally could come kill them.
