It would be so cool to have a different mech hero or villain.
the devs said never again, at least as far as having another hero that can be “de-meched”, if you just mean a character in a mech, then maybe.

I will do you one better. We need a full mech hero shooter! When Overwatch first entered my personal bubble, it was because D.Va looked so cool. I was shocked that she was just one character and not representative of the game as a whole.

I already said it before. Bring in Dvil. Dvil is Dva’s mortal rival meka pilot from best Korea, aka North Korea. Shes a tank too, but more of a brawler type instead of dive.
because according to the devs, most of the bugs in the game revolve around d.va being two characters and having to spawn one in from inside the dying one, and the amount of hours invested into it each time they add something is insane, which is why they said they will never

I’m not a programmer, but they’ve already done it once so couldn’t they just… Copy-paste the code that D.Va uses?
coding wise, they could surely use some, if not a lot, but the likelyhood of being able to just copy and paste it and expect it to work is exceedingly low.
