We need a Pharah Counter for Tanks

D.Va and Winston can do Chip-Damage at best, or use their Cool-Donws to try and Bait out a Suicide, which is just not good enough.

I want an actual Hit-Scan Tank.

Synopsis
Primary is a low power, highly accurate hit-scan weapon on a tank. It can target multiple enemies (3) as long as they are in the reticle.

If you want increased firepower, use M2 to aim. It shrinks the reticle considerably but increases the damage per shot.

Weapon cannot crit.
