they made a roadmap of what they are doing not doing and some times said when

It amuses me that you included a Discord screenshot of the text from a forum thread, instead of linking to the thread itself.
Development roadmaps lay out a schedule of features, whereas this is basically just some notes (answers to random questions).

Roadmaps have timelines. This is along the line sof confirmation that a few things are in the works, but still mostly a mystery aside from knowing one thing is coming in the next event.
