I feel like they’re in a position now that they kind of have to implement 6v6 in some form. The backlash is too strong. Many overwatch YouTube videos are just FILLED with “bring back 6v6” comments, the pro 5v5 videos are always heavily disliked, chat on streams with dev interviews blow up with “bring back 6v6” comments which they ended up censoring lol.
The push back from the community will never stop. And now there’s two 6v6 hero shooters around the corner that put even more pressure on the devs. Marvel Rivals beta just capped out in players, every single overwatch streamer I know of is playing it and having a good time. It would be incredibly foolish at this point to not bring 6v6 back to overwatch.
Good job with the push back boys. 6v6 will return in all it’s glory
