this is a hot take but what if this ram messed up change is something related to the new tank having some type of mechanic that triggers after losing shields/barriers ?

remember the rein modifications of mirrorwatch? what if phreaks is something like that and need his shield broken in order for his numbers to start being a menace?

ps: still a horrid change for ram, please refrain from keeping it. :face_exhaling:
