I’ve made mutliple tickets about this and haven’t got a single reply so i thought id try the forums.
I still haven’t recieved my watchpoint pack on console (PS5) and its really annoying as I’ve paid for something I haven’t recieved and I haven’t gotten anywhere with support.

I haven’t received my Watchpoint Pack items on the PS5 either. I’m not sure what to do about it really.

Same here, i cant get a refund because its been too long since i bought it

I have the same issue. I didn’t receive the items, nothing and I made a refund request on Xbox support but they don’t answer

Try a dispute via your credit card company, if that exists.
Blizzard might get back to you, eventually, but at least it’s a known issue and I hope they do something for you. The way things have been going, it’ll either take a while or be very disappointing what they do to ‘make it right’. Good luck.
