I had hoped with the servers being down, would have fixed my issue and plenty of other peoples. I had already owned ow1 and bought the watchpoint pack as well. My account still doesnt have my 2000 coins, battlepass premium, and new skins to go with my 40 dollar purchase. Only thing I do have is kiriko only cause i had already owned ow. Also have this wierd lag of some sort. Mid match every other 30 secs or minute, my aim has a mind of its own where itll just aim anywhere at all and not let me take control of my own aim. I would say game is pretty unplayable at this point which is sad because ive been non-stop playing overwatch 1 since launch. On console btw.

Me too i have the problem i don’t have nothing owned from the watchpoint pack and kiriko hero can’t play it it’s really frustrating for me but hopefully blizzard knows what to do to fix it back i really wanna enjoy this great battle pass and everything that is more to come from this game

I haven’t received my stuff either except having kiriko unlocked but i have a screenshot of when I purchased the watch point pack so im hoping thats fixed soon.
