Watchpoint pack error

Hello, I bought the watchpoint pack when the 2nd beta came out, the thing is that I don’t get the rewards and it asks me to buy it again, does anyone have an idea what could happen?

Same here. Bought the PS5 Watchpoint Pack on June 19th and play on the PS5 Version obviously but the Watchpoint Pack Content is still not here.
The PS5 Watchpoint Pack is also not in the PSN Store anymore and the PS4 Version says I need to buy it again.

Same happening to me, bought the 2nd beta watchpoint pack thing and i havent received my rewards now in overwatch 2. I hope thisbgets fixed soon

Also purchased watchpoint during beta and is asking me to purchase again.

I’m having the same problem on my ps5. I have downloaded the ps4 version and ps5 both are asking me to purchase the pack again. Even though I pre-ordered when it came out. None of the rewards or skins have opened up for me and I have deleted the game and downloaded it again but no luck. It’s $40. I’m not gonna pay another $40 for this. What’s going on?

Same issue here. Bought the WP to get beta acces in June, upgraded from PS4 to 5 recently, so I thought this might have caused the issue. But I’m kinda relieved to see I’m not the only one having this problem. Hope they resolve this soon, I want my rewards

Same issue. Bought WP on ps4 version obviously. Wasn’t showing up on ps5 or ps4 after launch.

Same here bought the pack have proof of purchase in xbox order history but haven’t received skins battlepass or coins

I paid for it twice and have gotten nothing!
I’m pretty mad as of right now at blizzard for that.

same here, I got none of the rewards. When I go to the store it shows as if I never bought it. Hopefully Blizzard fixes this asap

Same here, I bought the watchpoint pack on my PS5 back in June and it asks me to buy it again. When the pack doesn’t show up in the Playstation store because I already own it. I have my receipt that proves that I’ve bought the pack. I’m hoping this is a common problem and that the devs can fix this issue or at least gives us a refund. (I was able to play in the second Overwatch 2 beta without any issues)
