Watchpoint Pack Coin not given ( received my 2000 coins)

In game show i owned the watchpoint pack but my OW coins is ZERO, its just me or bug?

(mccree and solider skins is unlocked for me , just missing the 2000 coins as advertised)

edit: after play some quickplay i saw i received my 2000 coins

made a post at the same time as you about this. missing my legacy credits and the new 2k credits as well :frowning:

but have everything else, like the new space raider skins. just no credits

also the genji haipi skins was missing

I logged back into my account to check my OWL tokens (forgot about them). I found that the OWL tokens are there, as well as my 2k OW2 credits. But still not sign of my Legacy credits. Maybe they are rolling in slowly? worth a check throughout the day to see if you see any of your credits

Havent gotten anything from the pack either.

for your legacy credit kindly click on icon “i” beside the ow2 2k credits its will show your wallet info likes OWL tokens. Comp point and etc. my legacy credits is fine so far

I purchased the watchpoint pack and i dont have the coins or the skins, im really upset about this. I bought this months ago under the assumption i would receive these without problem on the day that the game released, but i havent.

For anyone that gets lost, go to “heroes” (or the hero gallery). Click on a hero, click on a random cosmetic. then you’ll see your OW2 credit amount, with an “i” next to it. an “i” doesn’t show up in the shop.

Also having this issue. I purchased the watch point pass 2 days ago on PS5 , and when I navigate to the watchpoint pack on psn it lets my download the PS5 version of overwatch 2. Yet my skins, coins AND battle pass are completely missing. If I enter the in-game shop, I have 0 coins, no battle pass, and it will allow me to purchase the battle pass or watchpoint pack again.

What gives ?

I have the same issue . I Bought the Warchpoint and no 20000

I have not received the coins from my Watchpoint pack purchase. Missing my legacy credits as well. Cant see coins of any kind, pictures of battle pass items are not visible. I had so many coins from OW 1. Do we have an idea of ETA of this getting fixed or compensation for this magic?
