Watchpoint pack and battle pass can't be used

Hey !
So I had paid for the watchpoint pack when the beta was out so I could have a guaranteed spot in the second beta, as well as the first battle pass.

So, keeping that in mind- my game crashes within 1-3 minutes after getting through the queue. I cannot play the game with the battle pass I have paid money for because it is broken. Is blizzard going to give me and others in similar situations their money back? I am completely unable to play the game and work through the battle pass I paid for, the money will have gone towards nothing.

I really do hope they will do something about this, maybe give us access to the second season of battle pass for free- because it’s ridiculous I’m missing out on battle pass exclusive things, even if I paid for it- just because it crashes.

Many have reported that this could possibily fix it. Restart your playstation after. It does not work for everyone, but worth a try.

Hi, Some have bought the package but did not receive any in-game items. Also, you are unable to buy it again because “you own the item”. Try this, it seemed to work for many people. I think you have to close OW2 on forehand: Playstation 4 Go to the main menu, hit the Settings menu and find Account Management. Hello, Watchpoint and the battlepass both show up in my game. The issue is, it crashes so quickly that i can’t even play the game and earn the perks i have paid for.

Do you get any errors on the screen? Or does it just jump back to desktop, no notifications or whatsoever?

i get no error messages, it just freezes- and i have to use task manager to exit the game, otherwise i cant access my laptop

go to overwatch launcher, tap the settings next to Play button, pick game settings and the additional arguments. Put this in there and then press enter and play. –tank_WorkerThreadCount 2 (with 2 lines no space - -) it worked for me

hey so, i did try that and i did end up staying for a few minutes longer than usual, but alas,it still crashed
