First point of Watchpoint Gibraltar for the defending team is insanely bright in many spots that matter. Could it be toned down Please!
Besides it being a complete torture for the eyes after coming from a map like King’s row. it’s also a large advantage to the attacking team, since they can see you clearly and all you can see is an outline in white.
Here are some images I’ve made on EPIC detail. It looks exactly the same on lowest settings as well, blindingly bright…

Does anyone else agree that the brightness should be toned down?

I never notice this because I have my lighting adjusted to be toned down. Not aure how but this is not an issue for me. You might need a diff setting change.
Yep I’ve always hated that overpass Vitamin D-fest
I agree this effect makes it more challenging for some characters/sightlines, but I also think of it as a map feature. I see it as variety, sort of like the space section of the Horizon map.
I’ve found this to be an issue on most daytime maps. Especially noticeable on the new Malevento map, it’s just so bright I’ve had to adjust the gamma settings.
I think the worst offenders are maps that use very bright colours, like Ilios’ bright buildings. It doesn’t contrast enough with the other buildings.
