So they increase the HP of most heroes to make fights longer ok nothing wrong about that
They increase the hitboxes of almost everything that is fired to increase the probability of hit…
Now doesn’t take a genius to discover that these 2 big changes are in contrast with each other
They want to increase the hitboxes of bullets ok BUT decrease the hitboxes of the heroes
Now the biggest loser of season 9 is edgy boy, im not kidding, try to hit not only the head but the body of him and is like “twice” the size of what he really looks in reality, they didn’t even think that the beatiful dps passive also is a BIG nerf for Reaper, if a dps shoots to him now Reaper heals himself 20% lesser so now where duels were one of his best strenght is now something really hard to do for a hero that needs to be 2-3 meters from his target to do any sort of damage, now that they have reworked Pharah i really hope that the next 2 in line are Wrecking Ball and Reaper
He’s slightly better at finishing off 10hp enemies at ranges outside normal but thats it.
Self healing sucks so bad

Yknow who doesnt benefit from bigger bullets? A hero that needs to land all their shots to deal good damage. The change is so situational for him since he uses shotguns.
If they are fast as one the Pharah and i want to be optimistic i hope for June at this point, i bet Wrecking Ball is the next one in line.
Meanwhile i just hope that they notice this, i don’t really care of the 300 Hp if then edgy boy has the size of a Bastion, if they want to keep these"hitboxes" fine but give him at least some armor, even someone that is drunk can hit him now no joke… just sad.
They probably thought that bigger hit boxes meant he would hit more pellets and heal himself more as a result. But at this point, they should just rework him to go in one direction or another. A large/ loud tank buster with the kit of a flanker. Either they need to go full tank buster or they need to go full flanker because it’s just not working anymore.
Death blossom feels so terrible to use , so does any dps that can’t 2-3 tap you from across the map. They buffed all hp but Death Blossom, Pulse bomb, Junk tire etc didn’t get any dmg buffs to compensate an ULTIMATE is supposed to be ULTIMATE but they feel so low impact now that we are back to needing to wombo combo for any of it to feel good.
I think the idea with the hp and Hitbox changes is to imorove Consistency of shooting without changing the TTK for most Scenarios except for 1 shots which they wanted to be reduced. Now if they successfully do this then it’ll great for the game because it’ll make it much easier to balance characters because they’ll be more consistent, a good example is hanzo who now is more consistent and so is Say widow, so they are now much easier to buff/nerf
Im not normally happy with Overwatch, but genuinely how do people like that Reaper skin. Im not trying to be my usual negative forumer self, I genuinely question how people dont see it and arent just cringed out.
