Made a bug report on this 4 months and this is still an issue.
Happens very often in deathmatch or arcade. These “Waiting for Players” lobbies when someone leaves during the queue never actually fill. Extremely annoying to get 4 in a row and having to wait 20+ minutes for a game during peak hours. Either fix the backfill system or don’t start a waiting lobby when there’s not enough players.
