I do not know if I am the only one that gets very annoyed by people that continuely spam voice line or hello the whole match. Yes I know that there is a message that comes up if you spawm to many so qucikly but that does not stop the people from doing it… I do reported them for spawming but it would be nice if there was a opttion much like block that would turn off all voice line and hello, but leave ult status and I need healing.
and yes I know my spelling is bad.

I think the best way of stopping voice line spam is make it so the hero has to finish the line before saying anything else (important messages will still pop up in the typed chat area for PC…and I’m assuming console has some sort of text message updates for stuff like “player is leaving/joining/has ultimate”
if someone is too annoying i will mute them and if i didn’t notice them needing healing that’s fine 
they can always pick up a health pack 
teammate:“why is that guy spamming?”
me:“i don’t know maybe they enjoy the challenge of not getting any healing”
