Hi there sometimes when I load up in the game and join my friends group my voice chat just doesn’t turn on. Both team and group voice chat are set to auto join and it just doesn’t join. This is also weird because most of the time it will work but at random times it just won’t.

Have you tried any of these steps? If so, please provide the headset/mic you are using and your DxDiag:
- Press Windows Key + R.
- Type DxDiag and press Enter.
- In the DxDiag window, click Save All Information.
- Name the file “dxdiag” and click Save
- Paste the DxDiag into a new post, select and highlight everything you just pasted, and hit the “code” button (</>). That’ll make the information much more readable.

As Nicole had mentioned, we’re missing quite a bit of the DxDiag report and so we’ll want to try to get a new one.

You look to be on a school network. This is a common issue that we see as people start getting back into school due to the security on the network. If you have the option we’d recommend testing with a different network such as a tethered mobile connection to verify the issue.
