I have had this bug since the launch of OW2 where voice chat will not work. Despite having all voice chat channels turned “on” or having one set to “auto join”, they never appear when I go to the Social tab and it says my mic is muted but the “unmute mic” button is greyed out and cannot be disabled. Eventually after restarting my system a few times the game will realize my mic is indeed on and will allow VC but this is very frustrating. I play on Xbox.
