in Battle net, under the Social Tab --> to Group chat (group you are trying to connect to) i click the Headphone symbol in the right side, it does the little Loading or connecting symbol… and then nothing, it does not connect me, i’ve tried restarting my Pc several times, scouting forums and google i am not finding a solution, i asked my friends and they said one of our friends had the same issue, is there a Fix to this? is it a issue on my side or on blizzard’s battle net side? Thanks in advance!

I am having the same issue. started this morning for no reason. Restarted battlenet and still same thing.
Same issue here. Also restarted battlenet and wouldn’t work. Apparently rebooting the computer will fix it?
I am experiencing the same issue (from Australia if that helps).
I click the headphone icon and I see three dots. Then after a few seconds the dots disappear and I receive no error message. Have tried updating the app, rebooting etc.
i had the same problem go into your setting and change you input device in the app
Same problem, started today for me, I can’t do anything about it, the icon is just showing a bunch of dots (loading) then it plays that “leaving voice chat” sound even though I didn’t even join a channel yet because I can’t and then it just stops loading

Everyone says to join team voice, I’m on team voice, but my team voice thinks I’m the only one on team voice. Wat. Nobody hears me, I hear no-one. And no I’m not mixing up team and group chat.

Having the same issues! We’re 3 friends, from 3 different countries (Netherlands, Romania and Sweden), and we all have the same problem: can’t join our BattleNet groups, and Group/Team Chat doesn’t work in-game. We can’t hear each other, nor anyone for that matter. We’ve tried restarting app/game/pc, clear game cache, basically everything we could find in the support articles, to no avail.
Same here. is there really no fix to this?? Been searching for an hour now and nothiing.
