Have you worked through this troubleshooting yet?

Okay can you please provide more details about your computer setup. The following will help:
- What headset are you using? (i.e. Razer Kraken Tournament, Logictech G432, etc)
- Do you use your own internet connection or is it part of a large local area network like that of a University Dorm Room?
- Can you please provide us a DxDiag file of your system?
- Press Windows Key + R.
- Type DxDiag and press Enter.
- In the DxDiag window, click Save All Information.
- Name the file “dxdiag” and click Save.
- Open the file in Windows Notepad, then press Ctrl+A to select all text, then Ctrl+C to copy all text to the clipboard.
- Start a new reply, and type two sets of four squiggly lines and then place the cursor in between and press Ctrl+V to paste the Contents in a code block. Example:

Hey, bido11! The two errors in the last 7 days is 1096 (Call Terminated by Client Due to Timeout) and 10056 (failure when receiving data from the peer). Both of these errors are due to a connection issue with the VOIP traffic.
Egypt often has a problem with ISPs blocking VOIP traffic which can cause the problem with voice chat in Overwatch. It may help to try checking the router firewall and ports configuration. As a possible workaround, it may help to try an alternative connection. With these situations, you’ll need to discuss the VOIP traffic issues with the ISP as Blizzard will have no control over if an ISP may be block specific ports needed or the connection traffic may be interfered.
