We are 7 years into OW (1&2) and we have been given syringe drops of Vishkar lore and content. Personally i would love to see more heroes affiliated with Vishkar, but also skins and even sprays. Theres so much potential behind this clearly villainous company, all other “factions” have clear presence. Blackwatch, heck even the Horizon Colony has more lore and skin tidbits.

We just recently got a Vishkar hero. Also, their work is seen in every map (maybe except Junkertown). I know what you mean, but unless we get more heroes from there, it doesn´t really makes sense to give other heroes vishkar skins.

So, we get 2 heroes total from Vishkar. Okay, great.
Meanwhile, we have:
- 6 Talon Members
- 19 Overwatch Agents
- 4 Junkers, including Hammond in that sum
The only few outliers we have are:
- Orisa, who doesn’t have a designated faction
- Illari, being a Child of the Sun
- Hanzo, who is the head of the Shimada Clan
- Kiriko, who has her own group in Kanazaka
- Zenyatta, who is from Nepal and the Shambali Monestary
- Ramattra, who’s the leader of Null Sector and has roots in the Shambali Monestary
And even with these outliers, they somehow still have more representation than Vishkar has, despite the fact that Vishkar is one of the biggest companies in Overwatch’s universe, and has strong ties to Talon with Sanjay being part of Talon’s Inner Circle.
So, in all honesty, screw Mauga. I’d much rather see Sanjay as the Season 8 Tank.

…that´s why I said - more heroes, cause skins for other heroes doesn´t really make sense.
Unless you wanna troll Lucio, who hates them and give him a Vishkar skin.

Id love me a vishkar Tank!! They already set Sanjay up as the bad guy of Vishkar, but then they just went no where with it.

I’d much rather see the game become fun to play again, but I think it’s more likely they’ll add Vishkar company stuff before that. 
I was thinking about this the other day too. We need more characters in our hard-light roster!

“Every” map is not true in the slightest.
Iirc, Rio and Suravasa are the only maps with Vishkar involvement or Easter eggs. Dorado has Lumerico, which was negotiating with them, but outside of that there’s no confirmed “this part of the map was built by vishkar” type stuff.
Sym’s idle chatter often talks about “what would vishkar think of this place?” Or “Vishkar might like it here.” which just further cements that they aren’t responsible for EVERY building in the OW universe.

If there’s ever a Symmetra origin vid (highly doubtful) we will see Vishkar lore.
I, for one, would love to see who taught Symmetra how to harness Hardlight. Sure she’s a quick study but EVERYONE needs a mentor. Maybe that is why Symmetra was able to connect with Zenyatta as he has traits similar to her mentor.
Heck, maybe this mentor sees what Vishkar is really doing and decides to go alone against Vishkar and uses their mastery of Hardlight to create armor for the Vishkar Tank.
It has to be someone stern but nurturing maybe a bit old fashioned as that trait will resonate with their feelings of bringing back “Old Vishkar.” It could even be Vishkar’s founder.

Really? I thought, according to their wiki - all sorts of modern tech in various maps is their creation. Maybe I am wrong… 
Their current objective is expanding to as many territories as possible. There’s some pushback like in Brazil but so far they are still in progress. So they aren’t a globally dominant presence yet.
Obviously its a front to further Talon’s goals, whatever they may be, but Vishkar will benefit too

Nope. No way. Not after being teased at the same time as Ramattra with an acronym, having extensive artwork for him created already, being featured in a short story with Baptiste, getting mentioned by Baptiste in interactions, getting told he was supposed to release around 3 years ago but getting postponed and getting Sigma instead, and getting told by JEFF KAPLAN HIMSELF THAT “WE STILL HAVE BIG PLANS FOR HIM” after explaining the reason we got Sigma. Hell no. Mauga is the next Doomfist and Ramattra level hype hero. He will probably even get a cinematic and gameplay trailer to reveal him this Blizzcon.

Well, I found out some shocking new thing for me - at one picture of Niran´s wiki, you can see Vishkar students - all of them using robotic arm. It really means they willingly let their limb to be amputated to get their tech. Kinda chilling tbh…

We sort of knew that the arms are amputated and bionic through Symmetra, 7 years ago. I believe it was tweeted by one of the devs. Correct me if im wrong.

I always thought, that Sym lost her arm due some accident and got this high tech as a replacement. The idea of every student willingly cut their arm off is just new to me, lol…

Mauga is a community hyped hero and not a story or any other kind of hyped hero like Ram or DF. He is nothing more than an talon NPC. A cool one, but just an NPC nonetheless. He is nice and I hope that he gets into the game at some point, but he is not important enough to expect something like a cinematic for him lol
