Hi, I play only Tank/ Orisa. For some reason, since yesterday I’ve been on very long queue times. On QP it’s a 20-30 minutes wait time and a competitive 57 minutes plus. I dont know what’s going on and how to go about it. I switched between server locations, reset the router, etc. Still no joy.
I am on fiber. I play other games (Rust) on NA and EU it works just fine with no lag. This wasn’t a problem until 2 days ago.
The server location is just for logging in. Even if you set it to Europe, you’ll still get US matches first.
Are you on a VPN or are you running any custom firewalls? Disable them and try again.
If that doesn’t fix it, you’ll need to start doing some network diagnostics like running a WinMTR.

Which host should I use to test it? Is there anything specific with Blizzard servers I need to try with?
I tested this on asia and USA east battle net IP addresses.
Once again, I have this issue when I am in solo/ duo queue. But with triple and full team, it works just fine no matter which server I shift to. I have the same problem in both Asia and Americas. I tried EU, same issue. Until 3 days ago and except the day 1 and 2 issue, it worked just fine.
