Voice actors can be quite prolific in video game and animation voice work. Go look up Soldier 76’s VA, Fred Tatasciore. Close to a 1,000 credits.

No its not. Genshin is a Chinese game. There are not even lesbian relationships in there, but they dont state anything, so in fandoms most characters are gay or lesbian just because it fits them. But in terms of playing around with pronouns… no, they are not, because it does not change anything.
Then i don’t know if you’ve known this already but Torbjörn and Zhongli share the same voice actor 
But there are in honkai impact even though it is also Chinese?
I mean, they didn’t spell it for you but the implications are more than obvious.

The voice actor who does all the hamster squeaks for Hammond, Dee Bradley Baker, did the sounds for Appa and Momo in The Last Airbender, as well as Perry the Platypus. If you hear animal noises in cartoons, chances are he’s done them.

That said, they seriously skirt the line. In Genshin, there’s a very obvious gay relationship going on playing into the trope of ‘they’re roommates’ (Kaveh and Alhaitham if you’re interested) as that’s as close as the devs can get without suffering consequences.
There are other cases such as Seele and Bronya in HSR. Assuming you’ve been to Penacony and went to all the emophones or whatever they’re called in the Golden Hour, you’d have peered into their dreams and…it was interesting, to say the least…
He also played one of the characters at the start of the original Dragon’s Dogma, although I can’t remember the name. As a Genshin player, it was impossible to miss though.

He’s also Nazeem in Skyrim,this one’s harder to notice though,he definitely has range.
