It doesn’t really matter who voices them, but I can’t help but lean towards Vanille Velasquez (known for Neon in Valorant, and Zeri in League of Legends).
I don’t know though, I think there are some major similarities, but I could be crazy… these two videos are why I bring this up
I know it’s strange to look into it this deep, but it would be so cool to see someone who worked on voicing a character in one of my other favorite games come work on Overwatch
This is probably already true, you just may not know it. Finding out Soldier’s voice actor has been in everything from Gears of War to Fortnite blew my mind at least.
Not to mention he’s been in the original mass effect too.
Why, do you secretly hate them, or something? 
You should look at his animation and video game filmography. It’s quite extensive. He’s a pretty prolific voice actor. It’s near 1,000 different projects.
How can Casserole be Chrom AND Ganon?
It is neat to hear familiar voices.
For me, it was finding out that Reaper’s VA is also the voice of Bloo from Foster’s Home for Imaginary Friends.
