Soo i was pharah and i got 3 kills in a row, but then venture got potg with 1 kill a single kill ONNNNEEEE. devs please nerf her or buff her cooldowns i swear shes too op just like when symmetra used to be too op

Honestly I don’t even see Venture much so I don’t know how good they actually are. I’ve seen some good Ventures but not enough data personally. They tend to swap off them if they’re against me, usually to Pharah or Ashe or Cree.

Venture has many situations where her ult is completely wasted. Its ground based, so its hilarious how often you can avoid it simply be stepping on a car. With all of the mobility heroes added to the game, its difficult to make use of her ult.

What are you talking. I have deleted entire teams in zarya venture combo.
If I don’t see shield I just tell dps to go venture it is a certified win.

If you need a Zarya ult to make it work out, you can do that stuff with just about every ultimate as a combo. Its simply the reality that if you start to use it, people can generally duck to high ground ASAP or really any cover, stair case, etc.
If you catch people without their mobility great, but when people improve at the game the ultimate doesn’t tend to get as many openings as one might like.

Venture isn’t that strong, their ult is garbage it takes 3 hits to kill a Cassidy sym or weaver with it, it is also as buggy as shatter is.
And POTG has always been broken.

POTG has been busted forever, it has nothing to do with the strength or balance state of the character that got it.
I once got POTG as Moira throwing a damage orb that got zero kills, all whilst a Pharah got a 5k… and this was back in OW1.
POTG is very drunk and needs an intervention at this point.

Climb on a high enough box. The higher payloads (like on king’s row and dorado) are tall enough to escape the ult.
if anything her ult needs some more visual and sfx rework. It does too much dmg for how silent and hard to see it is.

Its really funny seeing people whine about one of the easier ults to deny or avoid in the game.
Half the time I dont mine jump away as rat but instead mine Venture up as it make it IMPOSSIBLE for them to use their ult for a solid 2-4 seconds, possibly even longer. Whoch also protects my less mobile teammates from their ult as well.

Venture isn’t OP; they’re badly designed.
It’s literally DPS doomfist 2.0 design and that simply isn’t healthy. Feast or famine; has no options into many comps and is just free to do whatever they want against others.
Venture is unironically garbage. Like… the hero isn’t good LMFAO.
