I posted I have the error since the patch last week when I start the game I get the message
The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140_1.dll was not found
Reinstalling the program may fix the this problem
I have ran the scan and fix tool and deleted and reinstalled it twice
I get the same message
You’re missing a Windows component. Repair Windows and check for updates.

Sounds like you maybe need to install Visual C++. Do you have it?
If not, install both x86 and x64: Visual Studio 2015, 2017, 2019, and 2022 (from learn-microsoft-com)
